In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the workmanship or quality of your purchase please contact us for return merchandise authorization (RMA) within 21 days of receipt of your order. If there has been damaged due to the carrier's negligence, we need to know within 2 days of receipt of the package so we can file claims.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all accepted returns (unless the return is an error or defect of sahmbabybaskets.com) and you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the remaining funds. No exceptions will be made. Returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed, unopened (if shipped in packaging) condition. A Return Authorization is needed for ALL returns. Personalized items can not be returned or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees on all exchanges or accepted returns on non-defective items will incur additional shipping/handling fees (determined on your location and product weight).
If you are getting this as a gift and are unsure if your recipient would like the bedding you pick, please use our Gift Certificate option.

Please check your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any obvious errors or defects need to be reported by phone or email within 2 days of receipt.

Products are shipped via FedEx ground or USPS, unless otherwise stated. Small items maybe shipped 1st class postal.

We do ship internationally and welcome international orders. Please inquire for shipping costs to your country. Shipping costs apply to continental USA orders only.

An Express delivery upgrade is available for an additional $30 to our regular shipping rates. Express Mail (overnight to most areas) delivery is available for orders of 1 basket (with or without bedding). One rocking stand may also be included. Continetnal USA orders only!

We can not send orders for multiple baskets or rocking stands overnight mail.
